Making history accessible to everyone
The Alésia MuséoParc is committed to a comprehensive approach to accessibility, both physical (access to the various sites) and cultural (access to content and activities).
Entry to the MuséoParc is free for anyone with a disability upon presentation of proof of disability.
Our commitments
The aim of the MuséoParc Alésia is to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities whilst enhancing the visitor experience for all.
Since summer 2018, the MuséoParc Alésia has held the state-recognised “Tourisme & Handicap” label for its museum.
Only the auditorium (for conferences, meetings, symposia, etc.) is not certified, unlike the rest of the site.
In January 2019, the MuséoParc Alésia received the first “Patrimoine pour tous” award presented by the Ministry of Culture.
On 16 October 2020, the MuséoParc Alésia was recognised in the “Leisure” category at the Accessible Tourism Awards.
